Our Christmas eve pork, prepared with four different Mexican chiles. It was sure spicy, but oh, so delicious. My Tia Lucina is the best cook, and every time we visit, she fattens us up. Every meal is such intense pleasure. The boys are still getting used to Mexican spice, but I've told Renato that he's going to spend a month there in the summer of 2006, to learn more about the family, and to develop a taste for the food.
