A tiny caye off Utila, Honduras

A small caye off of Utila, with just one small house on it. We were passing it by in a boat, on our way to an inhabited caye (or island).

Main Street, Upper Caye, near Utila

Main street that runs between Upper and Lower Caye, near Utila. It is a densely population little island about 20 minutes by boat from Utila. There is very little tourism. The houses are all built of wood, on stilts over the water.

The entire dive crew, after we all passed.

Then entire diving gang, including the 7 teens. Adam and Rok were the two instructors. We had just finished the testing, and everyone passed. The kids were so pleased with themselves.

Renato and Andoni on the dive boat in Utila

The Barreto boys on one of the dive trips near Utila. Andoni was disappointed that he was too young to learn to dive, but when faced with snorkeling, paniced and didn't do it. He later learned, and now can't wait to return.
